When I walked into the Salon Professional Academy my jaw hit the floor. I was amazed! I was expecting white walls with perm rods in the sink. Instead my eyes went strait to the retail area,then to the computers,then to the amazing row of pedicure chairs. "I have died and gone to beauty school heaven," I thought to myself.

I then met the owners, Chip and Wanda. I was giddy with excitement and had 100 questions. Over the next couple of hours they explained to me the vision of the academy. I don't remember everything word for word but in short they said this." It starts in school. If they learn how to prebook appointments, use top quality products, learn the importance of retail,etc they will be successful when they leave here. I have to agree.

On a personal note. It just felt good being there. Chip and Wanda had successful careers but they wanted to give back to the Industry. Their heart is there and I believe they want everyone who enters the doors to be successful. If I were going back to school this is where I would go.
